BLUE HOPE is a law enforcement initiative designed to assist Ocean County residents suffering from substance use disorder. These residents can report to any BLUE HOPE police department and be directly linked to a licensed provider / agency for an evaluation and assistance in navigation to treatment. BLUE HOPE is a law enforcement initiative to SAVE LIVES.
